- Booking and Rental
1.1 Booking: All e-bike rentals are subject to availability. Smitty’s E-Bike Rentals reserves the right to cancel or modify any bookings due to bicycle availability. We will make our best effort to provide you with the bike you have requested or an equivalent, but we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular model or type of e-bike.
1.2 Rental Duration: Rentals are based on a 24-hour period, starting from the time the e-bike is picked up. Additional rental hours may be added to the rental period upon request and based on availability.
- Cancellation and Refund
2.1 Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time, you will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued for any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled pick-up time or for no-shows.
2.2 Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your rental experience. If you are not satisfied with your e-bike rental, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of the end of your rental period, and we will make our best effort to address your concerns.
- Liability and Responsibility
3.1 Responsibility: The renter is responsible for the e-bike during the rental period, and agrees to return the e-bike in the same condition it was received. Any damages, lost equipment or any other costs or expenses arising from the use of the e-bike will be the responsibility of the renter.
3.2 Liability: Smitty’s E-Bike Rentals assumes no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property as a result of the use of our e-bikes.
