Route 1 · The loop

Ride the 16.4-mile loop

Skunk Creek, the New River Trail and the Arrowhead Loop in one easy lap. Smooth paths and quiet streets, perfect for couples, families and groups of up to 12.

Skunk Creek to Rio Vista

Start at the Foothills Aquatic Center and head southwest on the Skunk Creek Trail to Rio Vista Park.

North on the New River Trail

Cross the bridge and ride north on the New River Trail to just past 75th Ave & Deer Valley.

Around the Arrowhead Loop

Go east on Hillcrest Blvd, right on 71st Ave, cross Deer Valley and follow 71st Ave onto the Arrowhead Loop.

Back via Union Hills

Turn right on 63rd Ave over the 101 bridge, then left (east) on Union Hills and pick up the Skunk Creek Trail back to Foothills.

Want a longer day? Take the 27-mile ride to Park West below and stop for lunch at the halfway point.

Route 2 · The long ride

Ride 27 miles to Park West

Make a day of it. Ride south to Park West for lunch, drinks and shopping, then loop home through Arrowhead.

Skunk Creek to Rio Vista

Start at the Foothills Aquatic Center and follow the Skunk Creek Trail southwest to Rio Vista Park.

South to Park West

Take the New River Trail south 5.8 miles to Northern Ave and Park West. This is your halfway stop.

North on the New River Trail

Head back north about 11 miles, past Rio Vista, to just past 75th Ave & Deer Valley.

Arrowhead Loop home

Hillcrest Blvd to 71st Ave and the Arrowhead Loop, right on 63rd Ave over the 101, then Union Hills and Skunk Creek back to Foothills.

Plan for a full battery. 27 miles is a long ride. Start charged and use a lower assist level on the flat stretches.
