Our family has rented from Smitty’s three times over the last two months because it’s such an enjoyable experience! They go out of their way to be helpful and accommodating in terms of trails to ride and teaching those not familiar with e-bikes how to ride. I contacted them last minute about a ride for the next day and they were super accommodating and even had a bike trailer for our 20 month old. We ran into a few glitches on two of our rides (no fault of Smitty’s) And the service recovery made us fans and customers for life! We picked up the trail in Granada Park on all of our rides and have had a blast whether we ended up at OHSO brewery, Sprinkles, cupcakes in Scottsdale or just riding around Tempe. Every year, our seven brothers from the family come to Arizona to catch some games and hang out together. We’ve been renting e-bikes from Smitty’s for the past couple of years, and let me tell you, they’ve been a game-changer! They’re super easy to use, the service is top-notch, and the bikes are just awesome. Had an amazing experience riding the canal route from Granada Park to Tempe!
The bikes arrived at our starting point punctually as well as picked up punctually after our 4 hour ride.

Bikes in great condition, well equipped with saddle bag to carry water or other items, helmets new.
Delivery was on schedule well actually they were there early set up and waiting. Orientation of the bikes very complete and had time for questions. Booking was easy,  e-mail instructions for drop off and pick up addressed were clear and accurate. We would use them again.

Bought a summit 1 from them and everything from the customer service to bike delivery was top notch. Easy to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or rent a bike. They even do repairs/upgrades!
