E-Bike Service & Repair in Phoenix, AZ

Simple — you fill out our service request form, we contact you to confirm details and schedule a pickup time. We come to your home or workplace, pick up your bike, complete the service at our mobile shop, and deliver it back to you. Most repairs are turned around within 1–3 business days.

We work on most e-bike brands and types including Rad Power Bikes, Aventon, Trek, Specialized, Lectric, Juiced, and many others. However, some brands with limited parts availability or manufacturer support — such as Super73 and Speedrid — may be declined depending on the nature of the repair. We reserve the right to assess each bike individually and will always be upfront with you before committing to a job.

It depends on the scope of work. Our most common services are listed in the pricing table above. For electrical issues, we charge $60 for the first hour of diagnostics. Tune-up packages start at $85 for a Basic Tune Up, $125 for Tune Up Plus, and $175 for a Full Service Tune. All other repairs are itemized so you always know exactly what you’re paying for — no surprise charges, ever.

For common services like tune-ups, brake bleeds, and tire replacements, we can give you a general estimate over the phone. However, for most repairs it’s difficult to know the full scope until we get the bike into our shop and assess it in person. Once we’ve had a chance to look it over, we’ll walk you through exactly what’s needed and what it will cost before any work begins.

Most repairs are completed within 1–3 business days. Complex jobs involving parts orders may take longer. We’ll give you an honest timeline when we assess your bike.

Absolutely. Our electric diagnosis service ($60) is designed exactly for that. We’ll identify the issue and walk you through what needs to be done.

After that, you are free to follow our suggested routes or you are free to explore however you see fit! We will be back at the pickup/dropoff location anout 15 minutes before the end of your rental to be there when you arrive back.

We serve the greater Phoenix metro area with a focus on the west side — including Glendale, Peoria, Scottsdale, Tempe, Buckeye, Surprise, Sun City, and Goodyear. We do not currently service the east valley (Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa). Mobile pickup and delivery is $50 for locations under 15 miles from our shop, and $65 or more for locations over 15 miles depending on distance.

Yes, but on a limited basis. We handle flat tire repairs and solid tire installations on scooters. Due to the wide variety of scooter brands and models, we don’t offer electrical diagnostics or repairs on scooters — parts sourcing and compatibility is just too inconsistent to do it right. If you’ve got a flat, we’ve got you covered.

Yes, on a limited basis. We can handle tire changes, chain tensioning, jackshaft changes, and belt replacements on e-motos. However, parts must be provided by the customer — we don’t source or stock e-moto parts. We do not service motorcycle-style hydraulic brakes. If the repair cost is going to exceed the value of the bike, we’ll tell you honestly. We won’t take your money for a job that doesn’t make sense. That said, most e-bikes — even budget ones — are absolutely worth maintaining with regular tune-ups.
