Look for us in the parking lot area of the Murdoch Community Center. Your e-bike will be prepped and ready, and a team member will give you a quick orientation before your ride.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled rental time.

Frequently Asked Questions – Flagstaff E-Bike Rentals

Where do rentals start and end?

All Flagstaff e-bike rentals begin and end at the Murdoch Community Center, conveniently located near top trailheads like Buffalo Park and McMillan Mesa.

Can I walk up and rent a bike on the spot?

No. All rentals must be reserved at least 6 hours in advance. We do not offer walk-up rentals to ensure availability and smooth service.

What are your operating hours?

We operate daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. First rentals go out at 9:00 AM, and all bikes must be returned by 7:00 PM.

What happens if I return a bike late?

Rentals are timed. If you return a bike past your scheduled return time, a $12.50 fee per 30 minutes, per bike will be charged. For example, a 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM rental returned at 2:35 PM will incur a $12.50 fee.

How long can I rent the e-bike for?

Choose from the following durations:

  • 2 hours
  • 4 hours (Half-Day)
  • 8 hours (Full-Day)

How do I reserve a rental?

Reservations are made online through our website. Bookings must be made at least 6 hours in advance.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and most digital wallets. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Do you require a deposit?

A valid credit card is required. A refundable security deposit may be required for extended rentals or group bookings.

What kind of e-bikes do you rent?

All rentals use Step-Through Style E-Bikes, designed for comfort, stability, and ease of use—great for both beginners and experienced riders.

Are your e-bikes beginner-friendly?

Yes! Our bikes are easy to ride and great for all skill levels. We provide a quick tutorial before your ride. All E-Bikes are Class 2.

How far can the e-bikes go on a single charge?

Most bikes offer a range of 20–45 miles, depending on terrain, assist level, and rider weight.

Are helmets included?

Yes. Helmets are included with every rental and are required for all riders.

Is there an age requirement to rent an e-bike?

Yes, riders must be at least 16 years old. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. We will offer refunds for poor weather conditions.

What if I have an issue during my ride?

Contact us using the number in your confirmation email. We offer basic roadside support for flat tires or minor mechanical issues within our service area.
