E-Bike Rentals in Phoenix, Arizona

All you have to do is simply choose the date and time you would like to ride, then you can choose the style of bike that you prefer. Choose the quantity of bikes you need, then click Add to Cart.

Then the cart should pop up (you can find it on the bottom left of the screen)

Then click checkout and follow the checkout process. You can choose your starting location from a drop down.

For custom address deliveries: Please choose custom delivery from the drop down and then fill out the Custom Delivery Form below.

Smittys E-Bikes is a mobile E-Bike Dealer, Rental Service, and Repair Service. We do not have a retail store front, but are welcome to pick-up your bikes from one of our designated pickup-points. 

Smittys E-bikes Operates from 8am – 6pm. Seven Days A Week. During your reservation process you may choose your pickup and delivery time. While we will always do our best to accommodate delivery times, time are subject to change according to availability. 

Smittys E-Bikes Requires riders to be at least 18 years of age to rent. Children 16 and older are allowed as long as they are accompanied by an adult and have submitted a completed waiver by a parent or legal guardian.

For our self guided E-Bike rides, we can handle groups of 2 people up to 10 people. 

For single riders, we require a 24 hour rental minimum for custom address rentals.

We are happy to meet single riders at Foothills Aquatic Center for E-Bike Demos and Single 2 or 4 Hour Rides.

After you have booked your ride & rental, we will meet you at the selected ride location 15-20 minutes before your ride time in order to have everything ready for your arrival. Once you arrive, we will go over E-Bike operations, best riding practices, and will get you fitted with a hemet.

After that, you are free to follow our suggested routes or you are free to explore however you see fit! We will be back at the pickup/dropoff location anout 15 minutes before the end of your rental to be there when you arrive back.

When it comes to E-Bikes, physical fitness does not matter near as much as it does for regular bikes when it comes to covering long distances. 

If you are able to ride a regular bicycle, have good balance and coordination, then you meet the criteria to ride our E-Bikes. We allow time to practice at all of our dropoff locations. If you are uncomfortable riding our E-Bikes, we will refund you 100%. 

Smitty’s E-Bikes uses a variety of different bikes for rentals. Most of our inventory will reach speeds of 25mph without pedal assist. 

Although it is improbable, it is not impossible. If you only use the throttle to accelerate, you will decrease the range you can ride. If you are using a mix of leg power with E-Bike assist, you will be able to cover much farther distances and keep the battery from running down quickly.

We always recommend pedaling like a regular bicycle, and choose the pedal assist level that fits your comfort

For all cancellations we ask that you give us at least a 48 hour notice so that we can make that inventory available to other riders. Any cancellations under 24 hours from your scheduled ride will not be refunded. 

Please give us a call or send us an email as soon as possible if you feel you are unable to keep your reservation. 

For cancellations due to poor weather conditions, we will either reschedule you for another day or will provide you a full refund. 

For e-bike rentals, we recommend reserving at least 12 hours ahead when booking online. While we do accommodate same-day reservations, please call us directly for such bookings. Please note that we cannot accept same-day bookings after 12 PM.

Depending on the extent of the damage, you will be responsible for compensating us for the cost of the repairs.
